Survey on the experiences of families relating to special educational needs and disabilities

Cheshire West and Chester Parent & Carer Forum would like to collect evidence about the experiences of families relating to special educational needs and disability. They are keen to gather as many view points as possible; both positive as well as any negative experiences.

This will form part of the evidence that the Parent & Carer Forum will present to the OFSTED and CQC Inspectors when they are inspected. It will help to inform them about how families feel the SEND Reforms have affected them and more importantly their children.
