Hello Team 6,

please browse the following important information:

PE Kits

Please ensure that PE kits, fully labelled, remain in school all week to allow for flexibility in our timetable. Our PE days for this half term are Monday and Tuesday. Remember also that Swimming will commence on Thursday 12th September and continue every Thursday morning until Half-Term.

Reading books

In Year 6, reading is a priority and we encourage your child to read a wide variety of texts. They are encouraged to note down their weekly reading in their yellow reading record, which then needs to be signed by an adult. We have requested children to read at least 5x a week, however, they don't always need to read aloud.

Homework will be given out on Friday and needs to be handed in on Wednesday to allow time to mark and set new homework.

Hot Dinners

Please ensure hot dinner choices are completed using the new online system by Sunday Evening.

Erin and Thomas received  with this weeks Class Award. You have shown excellent perseverance and demonstrated a willingless to all learning. Well Done:)

WB 16th September
