Oldfield Primary School is an Operation Encompass School. Operation Encompass is the name for the system of reporting by police to schools before 9 am on a school day when a child or young person has been involved in, or exposed to, a domestic abuse incident the previous evening. The information is given to the Designated Safeguarding Lead. This enables school to put into place support, as needed, to individuals.
